"On Nov 2, I realized I have been paying for my renters insurance for about a year after I moved out. I called to cancel and maybe get some of the money back. But the lady (front desk) was quick to say NO and did not want to double check with the owner. I would describe my experience as uncaring and lacked empathy for my situation. In addition, they texted me back after a day to collect the money again. Owner never called me back to solve this issue either. Feel free to call me back if yall want to fix any issues. But I wouldnt recommend this state farm office to anyone."
